Pay Rate Range: $65 - $75 / hour
Addison Group is currently sourcing for an interim Accounting Manager. The position is expected to last for 6 months and is entirely remote. Our client is a privately held software company and is looking for a hands-on manager to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales and Use Tax:
- Will prepare Sales and Use tax J/E’s
- Will be checking the nexus economic triggers for states that are not registered
- Reviewing sales tax returns
- Avalara experience is required
- Partnering with audit firms
- Consolidations:
- Primarily owning monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation for their international entity in India.
- Review the quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
- Support NetSuite ERP/system implementation
- Revenue (Billing Operations/AR/Invoice):
- Assist w/invoice and AR
- Address billing inquires and disputes
Requirements:
- NetSuite experience required
