Employee Spotlight: Hannah Stone, Branch Manager

Addison Group

At Addison Group, we value the people that make our organization great and allow us to deliver exceptional partnerships to the clients and candidates we support. We love bringing on new talent to help us move our organization forward and contribute to our outstanding culture.

We are excited to announce that we will be expanding our non-clinical healthcare talent solutions to Cleveland, Ohio! We’re thrilled to be in this location and to start providing people roles in this area. Our Recruiting Manager Hannah Stone will be building out this new exciting initiative and shares insights into what she is most excited about when building out the office.

What are you most proud of during your journey with Addison Group?

Being a part of the Nashville office from the ground up and assisting in its success. When I started in my role, we were opening the Nashville office with FAC – there were 5 of us total in the entire office. To see how big and successful our office is now is a massive accomplishment that took many, many hours and weekends and phone calls to get to where we are now. I could not be prouder to say I was there from the very beginning back in 2015.

What are you most excited about with starting this new office location in Cleveland?

It’ll be a new challenge; a new market, new clients, new candidates. Watching the Cleveland office grow the way the Nashville office did will be a massive accomplishment that I cannot wait for; not to mention that it’ll be in my home state. I’m also very excited to partner with Scott as my new SVP; I’ve always admired his leadership style and look forward to new ideas and conquering that office together.

What are your main goals with this new initiative?

To have that office be profitable year one, but also continue the “people first” mentality for both internal and external employees. The workforce has drastically changed over the last 2 years and I want to make sure we are maintaining that competitive, but a fun culture that embodies the work-life balance that is more desirable in today’s world.

What sets Addison Group’s healthcare talent solutions apart from the rest?

Our process when it comes to finding great talent – I always encourage my team to focus on the relationships first with both our candidates and clients and success will soon follow. From meeting with a candidate to placing them in a role, I want all parties involved to feel valued and as if their best interest was in mind.

What is the biggest career lesson you’ve learned so far?

Slow down, build relationships, celebrate every single win no matter how small, and make sure everyone feels supported along the way. Growing an office to be successful takes a lot of hard work with an army involved, so stopping to celebrate is so important in boosting that team morale and driving the business.

What is one thing you want your clients and candidates to know about Addison’s culture?

It may sound cliché, but the “work hard, play hard” mentality is so true in the office space. We encourage the hard work, the dedication, the thinking outside the box to set us apart from other agencies, but we also encourage the team celebrations in and out of the office for small wins, birthdays, anniversaries, or any other major accomplishment in the office. When our clients and candidates are having success then our job is complete.

At Addison Group, we’re always on the lookout for top talent. Check out our current openings and become part of our team!
