Clair Gonzalez recognized by SIA as a 2025 top 40 under 40

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, June 10, 2025—Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), a Crain Communications brand, has named Clair Gonzalez, Addison Group Senior Vice President (SVP), HR and Administrative, to the 2025 Top 40 Under 40 list. This coveted staffing industry list honors just 40 of the most exceptional professionals under the age of 40. The finalists are spotlighted for demonstrating outstanding commitment to the success of their teams, branches, brands, events, and products.

Clair Gonzalez embarked on her HR and Administrative career at Addison Group as a recruiter in 2013. Since then, she’s continually earned promotions, serving as Branch Manager in the HR and Administrative division—contract and direct-hire, and quickly becoming a Division Leader. In 2024, Clair was promoted to SVP, HR/Admin division, Mid-Atlantic Region. As SVP, her focus is on building and leading six high-performing teams to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial success, executing strategic plans, setting ambitious goals, and ensuring our teams deliver exceptional results.

Clair obtained her Bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Buffalo and her Master’s degree in international business from D’Youville University. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Clair enjoying quality time with her husband and their two sons.
