Will Hinde

As President, Consulting Services, Will directs the strategic vision and execution for Addison Group’s Consulting Services portfolio and is responsible for building comprehensive, innovative paths to increased growth and profitability. He leads these high-performing teams in their go-to-market approach, delivering differentiated solutions to create sustained, quantifiable value for clients and strengthen long-term enterprise outcomes.

Will brings over 25 years of management and technology consulting experience and leadership to Addison Group. Most recently, he served as the Managing Partner and Head of Industry at West Monroe, where he was responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for the firm’s industry consulting portfolio. Prior to West Monroe, Will spent time with Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, Avanade, and Accenture.
