Harrison Kim

As the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Harrison Kim is responsible for the Corporate Development business unit at Addison Group and acts as a business partner to Addison Group’s CEO, Tom Moran, on all merger and acquisition activities.

Prior to joining Addison Group, Harrison founded and led Pavestep, a Talent Development software tool for professional services firms. Previously, Harrison was a private equity investor at Odyssey Investment Partners, specializing in the human capital management sector. Prior to Odyssey, Harrison was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in enterprise transformations.
