Peg Buchenroth possesses more than 20 years of specialized human resources experience within human capital professional services. Peg has been with Addison Group since 2018.

As EVP of Human Resources for Addison Group, Peg is a practiced senior executive who leads multi-faceted HR functions encompassing people strategy, employee relations, corporate communications, compensation, benefits, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Before assuming her current role in 2018, Peg served as Chief People Officer for Hudson Global where she was responsible for all facets of HR for the Americas as well as the analysis and creation of executive compensation plans, equity awards, and variable incentive programs.

Peg was named to the 2023 DEI Influencer List by Staffing Industry Analysts and as a Notable Leader in DEI by Crain’s Chicago Business.
