Jay Houston
President, Finance & Accounting, Contract
Jay Houston cofounded Addison Group in 1999, alongside three other staffing professionals, starting as a Vice President focused on business development for the Chicago market. Jay has led several different groups, including Finance and Accounting Contract (FAC) and Consulting Services. In 2012, Jay was named President of the FAC business unit.
Since taking over leadership responsibilities of FAC, Jay has increased market share exponentially through expansion in existing and new markets across the United States.
Before cofounding Addison Group, Jay began his career at AccountPros, where he was the top sales producer.
