Andy Gilbert Recognized by SIA as a 2024 Top 40 Under 40

Andy Gilbert, Addison Group Senior Vice President, Healthcare, has been named by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) to the 2024 Top 40 Under 40 list. The prestigious list recognizes the top 40 professionals under 40 in the staffing industry who have gone above and beyond to ensure the success of their teams, branches, brands, events, and products.

Andy Gilbert embarked on his healthcare career at Addison Group, beginning as a recruiter in 2014. Since then, he has steadily earned his way up, serving as business development manager, sales manager, and branch manager before attaining his current position as Senior Vice President of Healthcare. In this role, he oversees five markets and strives to ensure they meet their financial targets while providing opportunities for team members to advance and grow professionally.

Gilbert graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in mass communications, with an emphasis in public relations. Andy’s Healthcare region specializes in recruiting for Health Information Management, Medical Coding, CDI, Revenue Integrity, Revenue Cycle, and Audit and Operations.
