Sean has been a part of Addison Group, serving as VP, Financial Planning & Analysis since 2019. In that role, Sean and his team work hand-in-hand with all Addison Group brands and departments to drive the company’s budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes, while also to providing financial support and insights to Addison’s executive team and leadership. In addition to the traditional FP&A functions, Sean oversees the variable compensation team at Addison Group, which manages the various sales commission/incentive programs that are utilized across the entire Company.
Sean joined Addison Group after working for a global market research and data analytics firm for 13 years, most recently as VP, Global Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to that, he spent 5+ years with boutique executive compensation consulting firm, providing market insights and designing executive compensation programs for both public and private companies of various sizes.
Sean is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with a BBA in Finance. A native New Yorker, he and his family live in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. When he is not watching his kids’ many sports games, he can sometimes be found out on the course, playing golf (poorly).
