As the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Harrison Kim has the overall responsibility for the corporate development function at Addison Group and acts as a business partner to Addison Group’s CEO, Thomas Moran, on all M&A activities.
Prior to joining Addison Group, Harrison founded and led Pavestep, a talent development software tool for professional services firms. Previously, Harrison was a private equity investor at Odyssey Investment Partners, specializing in the human capital management sector. Prior to Odyssey, Harrison was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in enterprise transformations.
