Daryl oversees Kranz Consulting and leads the firm’s strategic direction, 300+ experienced accounting and finance professionals, and day-to-day business operations. Joining the firm in 2018, Daryl served on the Board of Directors and was a key member of the management team that successfully sold the firm to Addison Group in January 2019. Daryl’s 30+ years of Finance and M&A leadership experience at various Silicon Valley and New York Technology and Consulting firms allows him to provide unique advice and perspective to Kranz clients in all stages of growth and business cycles, including entrepreneurs, investors, emerging growth companies, as well as medium and large private and public companies.
Prior to joining Kranz, Daryl was the Managing Director and Head of the New York office at Connor Group, a specialized accounting and advisory firm, where he led Business Development efforts across all service lines for the East Coast and Europe. He also led a variety of M&A, IPO, and financial operations consulting projects for clients in Silicon Valley during his 5+ years at Connor Group. As an experienced business Leader, Daryl specializes in Business Development, Financial Operations, M&A, Acquisition Integration, and Corporate Controllership areas. He also has 20+ years of senior management experience in world-class, global, high technology organizations with a proven track record of success. Prior to Connor Group, Daryl served in a variety of M&A and finance leadership roles at large technology companies in Silicon Valley including Oracle, SUN Microsystems, and Applied Materials.
Daryl received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
