An Addison Group client is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their team in their Mt. Laurel, NJ office. This role is hybrid.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare digital dictations and follow through based on attorney instructions.
  • Manage email communications, including timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Maintain attorney diaries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft and file discovery requests, motions, and answers within various court systems.
  • Close case files upon completion and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Provide additional support as requested by attorneys or team members.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent proofreading, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
