Pay: $30 - $33 / Year

Salary upon conversion : $70000 - $75000

 

Our client, a prestigious Non Profit with a great mission is looking to add a Staff Accountant (MUST have Sage

Intacct experience) to the team. This individuals primary responsibility will be reconciliations.

Requirements

·      Sage Intacct experience (MUST)

·      2+ years of Accounting experience

·      2+ of Reconciliation experience (cred card reconciliation, bank reconciliation

 

Highly Preferred:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

·      Accounting software, Anybill

 

Responsibilities

·      AP/AR

·      Bank Reconciliation, Credit Card Reconciliation

·      Month end close

·      Generates invoices and processes manual checks in Sage Intaact when necessary (i.e., garnishments, payroll, field trips, etc.).

·      Help maintain Sage Intaact (accounting software) by creating vendors, customers and employee files for check/invoice processing

·      Manages Anybill/Paypool (accounts payable automated platform). This includes setting up vendors, users, approval routes, importing invoices for payment processing, reviewing and approving invoices to assure correct GL coding and managing voided checks.
