Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote after 90 days)

An Addison Group client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Director!
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full scope of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and leave management.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to develop and execute people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the executive team, driving accountability across leadership levels.
• Lead and mentor a small HR team, providing guidance, professional development, and coaching.
• Oversee HR policy and procedure development, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead change management and culture-building initiatives to foster engagement and organizational health.
• Manage and optimize HR systems (including ADP Workforce Now and Employee Navigator) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Support ongoing organizational transformation, helping employees transition from a “crisis mode” environment to a sustainable, growth-oriented culture.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives involving workforce planning, DEI, and organizational development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including management of multiple HR functions.
• Experience in healthcare or non-profit settings strongly preferred.
• Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, or CP) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and holding executive teams accountable to HR best practices.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization with newly implemented systems and structures.
• Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and communication skills — must be able to lead with confidence in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Employee Navigator (or similar HRIS/benefits platforms).
