Job Responsibilities: 


·        Receives codes and enters data for all invoices and vouchers received

·        Processes daily and periodic payroll processing tasks through ADP Workforce No

·        Reviews, updates status, and authorizes payment of expense reports in Concur

·        Audit expense vouchers and verify required approvals


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years payroll experience
  • ADP Workforce Now software experience REQUIRED
  • Experience with Sage Intacct and Concur
  • Minimum1-3 years of experience within non-profit entities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a timely and efficient manner
