Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a nonprofit subsidiary, working to foster communication, enhance investigations, and provide training opportunities for its members.


Job Description:

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the team’s operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining membership data, and providing excellent customer service. This role also includes administrative assistance to the Executive Director and involvement in meeting and event coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for member inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate membership information in the organization's CRM database.
  • Prepare and ship meeting and training materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including travel booking, calendar management, and expense submissions.
  • Assist with event registration, housing, and logistics.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and association calendars.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy of website content and member communications.
  • Handle the distribution and collection of information request responses.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support organizational operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in administrative and event coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mail merge.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics 365) is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a small team environment.
