About Our Client:

Addison Group is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Member Success Assistant to support membership efforts for our client, a well-established healthcare trade association. This team handles incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from individuals interested in products and services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Job Description:

The Member Success Assistant will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to current and prospective members. This role involves handling inquiries, processing transactions, troubleshooting issues, and assisting members with purchases and registrations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats regarding membership, product purchases, event registrations, and general inquiries.
  • Assist customers with online and phone transactions, including membership renewals and product purchases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to website navigation and online accounts.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions.
  • Research, identify, and escalate complex issues as needed to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service and/or membership relations experience.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Experience handling high-volume calls in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, or ticketing platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
