About Our Client:
Addison Group is supporting our client, a growing manufacturing organization, in hiring an HR Generalist to join their regional HR team. This role offers strong exposure, hands-on experience, and a clear path for career growth.
Job Description:
The HR Generalist will support several locations and functional groups, partnering closely with managers and employees. This role covers recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, and project support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned openings and support broader hiring needs.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new-hire processes.
- Serve as a primary HR contact for multiple sites.
- Assist in employee relations matters and participate in investigations.
- Support leave management, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and assist with reporting and analytics.
- Contribute to HRIS tasks in ADP and SuccessFactors.
- Support employee engagement efforts and training needs.
- Partner on HR projects, process improvements, and change management.
- Travel up to 25% to assigned locations.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of HR experience; ideal for someone ready for a step up.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong Excel and HRIS experience preferred.
- Multi-site HR exposure a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
