Position Title: HR Admin 

Location: Houston, TX (must reside in the United States)

Assignment Type: 3-month contract

Compensation: $21-22/ hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). 



Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on administrative HR tasks, inbox management, data review, and supporting a system implementation project. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently from home.


Job Duties:

• Manage and organize the HR inbox, routing messages and ensuring timely responses

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

• Review and clean data in Excel

• Assist with tasks tied to a new HR system implementation

• Track deadlines, maintain planners, and ensure tasks are completed on time

• Shadow HR leadership and take clear, accurate notes

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR documentation

• Work efficiently in a remote environment


Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role

• Experience working in an office environment or remote setting

• General understanding of HR terminology

• Experience with HR systems such as UKG, Workday, Paycom, or similar platforms

• Reliable remote workspace

• Healthcare industry experience is a plus

• SHRM certification is a plus

• Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
