Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a Managing Director/Partner within the legal department. Responsibilities include scheduling, document circulation, and managing a high volume of e-signature requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, manage Outlook calendars, and coordinate across teams.
- Document Processing: Handle a high volume of e-signature requests using DocuSign.
- Confidentiality & Organization: Manage sensitive legal documents and ensure accuracy in execution.
- Administrative Support: Handle travel coordination, expense processing, and ad hoc requests.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the legal team to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (finance/legal background preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- DocuSign – Ability to manage and distribute e-signature requests efficiently.
- Microsoft Outlook – Scheduling and calendar management experience.
- Soft Skills: Highly professional, detail-oriented, polished communicator, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Education: Preferred but not required.
