Job Description:
The Dispatcher will serve as the primary communication point between drivers and customers. This role ensures smooth daily operations through accurate routing, real-time coordination, and consistent documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and coordinate daily routes for drivers
- Review and interpret notes, updates, and photos from field staff
- Maintain timely communication with drivers and customers
- Update internal systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively support process improvements
Qualifications:
- Strong reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions from multiple sources
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment
- Basic Excel skills and general arithmetic competency
