Our client is a well-established leader in the financial services industry. They are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrative Assistant to support their team. This position will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within their company.
Job Description:
The Contract Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team by handling administrative tasks related to processing application documents, assessing plan options, and ensuring the accuracy of all plan decisions. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate paperwork submitted by customers
- Assist in processing applications to identify appropriate next steps
- Create and send documents to customers
- Review and manage documents returned by customers
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
