About Our Client:
Our client is a global nonprofit organization seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to support their customer service team. This role will focus on ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient resolution of inquiries.
Job Description:
The Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of calls, providing support and service to customers. This role involves resolving issues, processing orders, and engaging in proactive sales initiatives, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Problem Solving: Research and implement solutions for customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Order Processing: Accurately handle customer orders and payments, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Sales Initiatives: Conduct outbound calls and upsell products, meeting sales targets.
- Market Research: Gather customer insights and maintain accurate customer data.
- Follow-Up: Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and report recurring issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, focus, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required.
