Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire litigation process, from pre-filing investigation to trial preparation and post-trial matters. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and assisting with trial preparation.


Responsibilities:

·       Conduct legal research using various online and print resources.

·       Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.

·       Prepare and organize case files and exhibits.

·       Manage discovery deadlines and calendar hearings.

·       Conduct witness interviews and prepare witness materials.

·       Attend depositions and trials and assist attorneys as needed.

·       Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

·       Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation paralegal work preferred.

·       Strong legal research and writing skills.

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
