Our client, a country-wide recognized NPO with a great team-oriented culture and room to develop internally is looking for an AR Specialist to add to their growing team! This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, directly contributing to the financial health and operational success of their organization.

 

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Extensive background in with UKG or UKG Pro
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Job Description:

  • Prepare, verify, and post invoices in UKG.
  • Monitor receivables to ensure timely collections and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile AR accounts and prepare monthly aging reports
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring AR data aligns with financial statements.
