Trust Operations Assistant

Tulsa, OK

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate purchase and sale of securities in accounting system.
  • Respond to customer's requests and inquiries timely.
  • Daily balancing of receipts and disbursements.
  • Accurate data entry into trust software.
  • Input new account set up.
  • Responsible for customer contact involving disbursement and deposits.
  • Post variable interest. 
  • Initiate wires. 
  • Process trust fees.
  • Prepare vault tickets.
  • Remit Federal and State tax payments.
  • Responsible for department invoices and miscellaneous office duties. 
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 2+ years of previous banking experience 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Careful attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Accurate filing and keyboarding skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
