Position: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees implementation of organizational procedures for documents related to new projects
  • Document handling and managing information in databases
  • Utilizing Excel to track and record project status updates
  • Additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in administrative support function
  • Proficient in excel
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience creating and implementing filing procedures
