Customer Service Representative

Location: Tulsa Region
Service Area: AA: Customer Service
Job Type: Contract To Hire

$13.75 per hour, Part-time, 29 hours per week

This position will start as a part-time contract; however, for candidates who go in and do a great job can be hired permanently full-time. If hired full-time, this will become a work from home position. 


Answer inbound calls from customers, identifying and addressing their needs
Assist in updating account information, correct billing issues, and assist in resolving technical issues through research and various tools provided
Explain and inform new and existing customers regarding all products and services available
Process credit applications and activate services
Maintain records, prepare specific reports, and update accounts as needed
Coordinate with all internal departments to retain existing accounts

Required Experience:

1+ year(s) experience in a call center environment
Open availability to work a set schedule - open hours are M-F 7 am - 5 pm & Sat-Sun 6 am - 11:30 am
Swift data entry speed of at least 7,000 key strokes per hour
Customer Loyalty/Retention experience is preferred but not required
