Project Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities

  • Application Administration
    • Administrates corporate financial/business applications (accounting, construction/project management, property management)
    • Manage automated workflows to support user life cycle management (provisioning, maintenance, deprovisioning)
    • Troubleshoot technical/process issues associated with systems and provide end-user support
    • Perform regular system maintenance tasks.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and 2 issues escalated from the help desk 
    • Manage documentation of workflows/processes for compliance analysis
  • Project Coordination
    • Work with IT management to executeapproved projects
    • Support planning, implementation, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment activities
    • Develop and communicate end-user documentation related to projects and policies
    • Maintain project schedules in the corporate project management software
  • Business Administration
    • Follows up on critical support matters - liaison between the service desk and end-users when required
    • Attend external training when required and maintain a working knowledge of IT trends relevant to supporting IT initiatives
    • Responsible for inventory life cycle management and reporting of user hardware
    • Responsible for managing monthly vendor payables, including intake, coding review, and reporting
    • Assist with analysis and production of quarterly IT business reviews for C-Suite team
  • End-User Training
    • Coordinate scheduling for new employee orientation with HR and hiring managers
    • Perform IT Hardware orientation for new users across all divisions
    • Provide IT policy and software overviews for new hires
    • Work with Training Coordinator to schedule business application training


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting IT departments and end-users with a customer service focused approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate to end-users as well as senior management and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Self-directed worker - adaptable and able to prioritize
  • Advanced computer skills (O365, particularly Excel) and aptitude for software
