Call Center Representative

Description:

  • Answer phones and assist members throughout the day; most of the calls are inbound and will be several hundred/day
  • Troubleshoot membership issues

Responsibilites:

  • Support Branch Office staff
  • Provide relief for Switchboard and Education
  • Designated Weekly Greeter on rotation (approximately once every 8 weeks)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data Entry experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
  • Able to handle difficult situations with patience and respect
  • Team player – works  and communicates well with others
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Good listener
  • Great at multi-tasking, problem solving and analyzing information
  • Medical or housing experience, preferred.
